Relationships: How To Make Money From Inner Wealth
Relationships are just a major part of our lives.
From birth till death, we are in relationships with people.
Some relationships impact us in significant life altering ways.
Have you ever had a relationship with someone who is interesting or famous?
Perhaps there is someone in your family or friendship circle who is famous and has some notoriety.
People are always curious to know what it was like to know someone famous or interesting.
In today’s information driven society, people are interested in reading informative tidbits about the lives of others.
Especially someone of notoriety and fame!
Writing about you relationships can be a source of income for you.
The thing to remember here is that the person you are writing about does not have to be alive.
Often times, authors will write a story that centers on their relationships with people who impacted their lives.
How much detail they share about those relationships depends on the amount of discretion and liberties they have.
Using discretion and liberties is a matter of taste and motives!
In spite of good journalism and ethics, and rest assured there are more times than not where people are willing to even pay more for obvious hype and sensationalism.
Because obvious hype and sensationalism sell.
It is what it is!
Here are some basic steps in how to turn your relationships to cash.
I will get you started here with some basic ideas on how to write about your relationships.
1) WHO: Take inventory of the relationships you have/had in your life: A neighbor, An acquaintance, A friend or a
relative. Who were they as individuals? Describe their character. Any interesting memories to share?
2) WHAT type of relationships were they? Family, friend, acquaintance. What were the dynamics: Pleasant, cordial, strained, close, distant.
3) WHEN did you have the relationships. How did it begin/end?
4) WHERE did the relationships start? Where did you meet? How?
5) WHY and how did the relationships flourish or end? What were the benefits of/in the relationships?
Again, these are the basics I use to get a good start in writing about my relationships.
I have written about the relationships in my life for years.
Some of these stories about my relationships that I shared were in blogs, articles, and books.
These stories were mentioned in these references as a stands alone, self supporting work, and then there were cases where I used them to emphasize a point I trying to make.
Of course, as an author, you want to get your stories about your relationships out to as many people as possible!
For most authors, this is a real struggle.
What’s the point of writing interesting stories about your relationship if they are not going to be read!
Well here is the good news…
I recently discovered a blogging platform that has exploded my efforts in getting my stories about my relationships out to a broader and larger audience.
